In March 2012 youth leaders Ben Freeman and Jared Ross, armed with just a camera and their shared passion, set out across Eastern Europe to create a documentary about the Holocaust. You can learn more about their shared journey here.
After seeing the devastation that prejudice can cause first hand, the pair were inspired to take something more tangible than just facts and figures from the trip, and decided to attack prejudice at its roots through the power of education, drawing from their own background in informal education.
The result was an educational documentary; a moving & revolutionary approach to the holocaust through the eyes of two young people, passionate about the subject. Creatively sated, Jared began to pursue other interests, but Ben couldn't stop there, and so From Yesterday For Tomorrow came into being, founded from his desire to spread an anti-prejudice message preaching tolerance & concerned with empowering young people.
